David Zerella, LMSW

David Zerella has significantly helped me navigate problems in my life and taught me ways in which I can deal with those problems. He is easy to talk to, kind and empathetic. He offers words of wisdom that I have often put into practice in my daily life. He has made a difference, and I am grateful for his knowledge and insight.

I have been working with Dave in-person and virtually for many years and he is amazing! He has helped me navigate some really difficult times, as well as just the day-to-day challenges of life. I'm not sure how I would have gotten through them without his support! I have learned so many strategies that have greatly lessened my anxiety and that I use every day (and even share with family members and friends)! I would highly recommend him!

Not crazy about David’s approach in therapy. There wasn’t much confidentiality between him and my preteen daughter. He did a recap with me after every session he had with her and I was being lectured in it. He also used cursive language during his sessions with my daughter, which wasn’t called for. When I approached David, he didn’t even apologize.

David is the best therapist I've worked with. I had so many awful experiences & he restored my faith in therapy. He challenged me & helped me achieve my goals. I can't say enough good things. In times of urgency, David made sure to get back to me ASAP & schedule a session. He's also a pretty funny guy. A little laughter in session is greatly appreciated as therapy can get intense. I will forever be grateful for the impact he has left on me. David is truly one of the best therapists out there

Very pushy and thinks everything he says is right ... I mean a little bit of empathy would be great but you will not get that from him ... office is alright but didn't have anyone answering phones and very hard to get in touch with him. Would look for a more established office in my opinion.
