I just completed 3+ months of physical therapy for a 5-part shoulder procedure. David is the ultimate PT technician with 23 years of experience. He is not afraid to raise that arm high. He helped me to excel quickly and helped me to intellectually understand what and why. I jokingly call him an "intellectual" geek. He is well read on so many subjects and can remember what he reads in detail. Going to physical therapy after months of covid-19 restrictions was like having a wonderful social life as well as helping me to heal quickly and reclaim my function in my shoulder. David is also a published author. I don't know why anyone in our small town would bother to drive to Charlotte or Rock Hill when we have such outstanding physical therapy right here in Lancaster SC at MUSC Health. If I ever need PT again, I will be back!

My issues were with rotator cuff, and I wanted to know how to avoid further injury. David applied stretching and taught me exactly what the issue is and what I needed to do. My 78 yr old shoulder will not be like it was ....but I know how to better care for it. He supplied me with instructions to continue at home. My acquired and applied knowledge is now up to me. David was an excellent therapist and teacher...

David Weed helped me rehabilitate after surgery for lymphedema in my arm. Not only does he have an interest in the patient's physical progress, but he has wonderful communication skills and gives the patient information to both understand his condition and how the applied therapies will improve the condition. Doctor Weed is professional, personable, and thorough. If the patient participates in the treatment regimen as expected, maximum improvement will result.

David is a true professional who knows his stuff. He also knows the physician protocols as to what has to be done when and can therefore provide in-progress reports that are accurate. He also monitors your insurance usages. He works closely with a fellow therapist, Jason Handschumacher, who is also a competent pro. He and Jason will seamlessly switch off when one cannot be there and you will admire how well they coordinate the treatments. Great healer.
