I visited the ER in Santa Cruz due to medical concerns that were actually referred by my OBGYN. Unfortunately, my experience with PA David Wall was disappointing. Rather than addressing my symptoms with the attention and care they required, I felt belittled and dismissed. While the OBGYN office advised me to seek emergency care, PA Wall suggested my issues could have been handled at a regular office visit, which felt completely invalidating. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable, which is not the experience anyone should have when seeking medical help.

I really like David, he cares about my health and spends the time to listen to me.and to explain things to me. My last appointment was a Well Check - I am 68 and on Medicare.

He took great care of my 83 year old mother in the ER. She can be difficult! He earned her trust and compliance by his calm, confident, and gentle manner. She needed 21 staples too mend her knee. With the help of a nurse, PA Wall expertly flushed the wound and fixed her up with a smile.

I saw David Wall at Dominican ER in August for a broken wrist...he made a painful , bad situation better. I had fallen off my skateboard, so he kidded me about that. He had to perform a couple of procedures that were really painful, traction & realignment of my wrist...very painful. Plus the ER was short staffed & busy...so I was there for a long time. He asked me if I was doing OK during the procedures, was considerate of my feelings. When you just have to turn yourself over to strangers & you are in pain, it can be stressful. I was really glad he was on duty that night .

Knowledgeable, kind, a credit to his profession. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!

Amazing PA! Best ever! He really cares about his patients. I've been seeing him for years and he hasn't let me down. Empathetic, kind, respectful, and informed. He's one of the good ones.
