Did not listen to any concerns I had about inability to loose weight despite nutritional counseling and workout regiment, prediabetic status; did not listen to any concerns about peri menopause onset, symptoms or possible hereditary cardiac issues, even when my blood pressure at the office was extremely high, he didnt even mention it. Didn't look at any labs, or recommend labs. I had to ask for them, and to ask for additional testing. Did not know about the common medication I take for a common skin condition. Received a notice from my pharmacy that a prescription had been called in for me. 2 weeks AFTER the medication cycle HE prescribed was over, I finally got a call from the office about the results of my lab work and that he would be sending in a prescription. I informed the office worker he had already called it in, I had finished it and I didn't appreciate the extreme delay in communication. This was my first and last visit with him.

Great visit with David Vercel. Very personable, very efficient. I am glad that I came here to get establish with him.

WONDERFUL NP. I would give him 10 stars. He is compassion, caring and I can tell that he really likes taking care of people. I have never had a bad experience with this NP or the practice. If you want someone who is truly going to listen and take care of you, David is your nurse practitioner.

Incompetence at the highest level! Often I'm skeptical of negative reviews, but in this case they're sadly accurate; at least for myself and others. I had hoped to find a small local practice to get a little more personal experience than the major corporate Doctors; however, throughout multiple visits I only saw nurse practitioners. Even after filing a complaint regarding horrible customer service, they said the Dr./Owner would likely not contact me back. There were multiple issues/failures and even on their patient portal, which looks like something from 2005, their records on me, including vitals signs are so inaccurate, I wonder if they typed information for the wrong person (i.e., in one visit they recorded my weight 60lbs HIGHER than it actually is, plus other vitals seemed off). Their nurse practitioners can't even record notes clearly, or accurately, when reviewed in their portal. If you value your health... go somewhere else.
