It’s difficult to get someone from this office to call you back. My daughters glasses broke and they sent off for new ones. They never called so I did And she told me backordered. No call?
I left a message on 1/20 that was never returned. I spoke With someone on 1/22 who said she would check on my glasses and call me back and I never Heard back. I’m calling today, 1/23, and it just rings. Voice mail isn’t even available. I need My glasses!!!!!! I dont Think my daughter and I will Be back
