David Ochs runs Fit for Life Physical therapy in Gainesville. Was referred to them for a back issue. I first had some back issues going back thirty years and managed it very well over time. Did numerous mountain hikes with no issues. Never went to physical therapy except for when it started 30 years ago. Recently had some issues and went to Fit for Life at Simed Health. Was almost back to my old self until one of the therapist tried to do some spinal decompression. This left me with some of the worst pain I have ever had in my back and changed my back for the worse permanently. Two weeks later they hurt my back again giving me intense pain. Eight months later still experiencing more pain than I ever had with my back in 30 years. Now I am probably going to need surgery. Stay away from Fit for Life at Simed Health.
