He was very good at explaining the situation. The follow up appointment was confirmed the next day.

Not friendly. Waited a hour until he came in. Was first patient when urgent care opened. Did not introduce himself and came in and and just looked at leg and said I neede mri. Did not suggest immobilization or instructions to care for it. Ended up in ER from walking on knee. Was not open to questions and couldn’t hurry out of the room fast enough. No good patient instruction. Acted like I was bothering him and annoyed about my questions.

He explains things very well. It was important for me to feel comfortable and understand what I have coming forward with my shoulder injury.

Dave was very considerate, thorough and incorporated my thoughts into his treatment plan.

I felt like he really cared about my issues and was very kind and quick to evaluate me

Prompt service and quick follow up with a specialist. Currently in route to recovering. Thank you urgent care.

Dr. David was very kind and complete in his care of my wrist. I would tell and kid he helped me a lot.

Curt and condescending. “What are you doing here”? “You should be at the hospital”! Followed his demand to go the emergency room. My knee was hyperextended.

Had to have a re wrap of of foot. Being Good Friday, there was very limited staff on duty, however very little few people in waiting room. I was losing patience with the wait, when David walked in and said he was the only person working that day. He took really good care of me, took his time rewrapped my foot and was patient. Worth the wait!

David Norris spent alot of time trying to impress us instead of listening. I thought it was just me but my husband totally agreed with me. He did not even look at my foot only the ex-rays!! He never really got what I was trying to tell him. I will never see him again.

Very caring physician. Takes time to listen and answer questions.

David was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of listening.

David was fantastic with our daughter after a knee injury from soccer. He walked us through the x-rays and took care to explain everything and he was very thoughtful around doing the necessary mobility testing with her to best learn about the injury and share next steps. He gave us good options around treatment and his staff followed up the very next day to confirm our options and ask how her healing was going.

Very busy office but David was very thorough and answered all of my questions and explained everything he suggested very well

I saw David Norris for evaluation of pain in my right shoulder and arm. X-rays showed my rotator cuff was damaged and humerus was not attached to the shoulder. He reviewed my options for treatment which will require a total joint replacement. I have a medical background and his evaluation was very through. I will be seeing the orthopedic surgeon to review my records. All in all the entire staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs.

Oh my God the best, kindest, friendliest, gentlest care I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE EVER IN MY LIFE!!! GOD BLESS THEM!!

He was great, examined my knee and within 30 seconds pinpointed the area and knew immediately I had a tear. Answered all my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest

Went in with fractured wrist. He was very forthcoming about diagnosis and answered all my questions and concerns. Love OAM!

My visit was awful. Dr Norris didn’t introduce himself or tell me his name, I had to ask him who he was at the end of my appointment. He didn’t wash his hands or use sanitizer, his mask the whole time was around or below his top lip, he just went to the computer and read to me what was wrong with my hand. He didn’t really listen to me at all and then told me to use a pain reliever that I was familiar with that plainly says on the box shouldn’t be used by anyone over aged 60 because of stomach bleeding. When I asked about that he just sat and looked at me. He clearly did not know that and said I could use it anyway because he uses it and he is over 60. I will never see that Dr or go to OAM Now again.
