Dr. David Lutz, PHD

David Lutz failed to accurately convey my inability to work to the Social Security Administration, to such an extent that my claim was denied. He is the first psychiatrist or psychologist in 20+ years to believe, as he apparently does, that my disabilities will prevent me from attaining and sustaining gainful employment. Fleeing an abusive marriage and being homeless as I am, this carelessness has cost me dearly. This failure will absolutely cost me even more than my apparent unemployability, homelessness and lack of income already has. Hopefully, I'll survive the hardships to come while I struggle to find representation so I can get an evaluation from someone experienced in helping substantially disabled individuals get the care they require to survive.
