Beware of his sneaky "bait and switch" technique where he may initially assure you of a certain price (or to accept your insurance). If that wasn't bad enough, he will then waste your precious appointment time to do what he should have done before claiming an advertised price (coverage acceptance). Note: this review cannot be judged on the quality of his continued service, as I would not feel comfortable returning. He does not seem professional so I would not want to continue to be any more clear or vulnerable to someone who blatantly disregards other's time, energy, resources, or clearly stated pre-requisite (in my case: to know that insurance was accepted before we both wasted our time).
