Dr Lasse is very good with what he does. His staff has issues. The younger staff is fine, friendly and helpful. His office manager is an issue. She is very rude and abrupt. Very negative and wants everything her way or it's the highway.
Office is very dated, it's clean but not very modern.

We called to make sure when our appointmentsite were they told us may the 24th we get here after a 1hr and 15 minutes drive we got here a half hour before we were supposed to be here and the came out then told us we were 2 days early they told us to be back on the 26th at 11 am we did get here 30 minutes late then said we were a hour late and said my nieces appointment was at 10:30 after they said 11 on the 24th when we showed up 2 days early witch was clearly their fault I do not recommend

I just called to make an appointment for the first time ever. The lady who answered the phone was so rude from the start of our conversation. She was very degrading and it made me not want to come in. So now I'm going else where and she caused this doctor to miss out on a new patient. Poor customer service should be allowed.
