had eye exam.Pick up new glasses-I put the glasses on and things were more blurry than when I don't have glasses on at all. Scratched my old glasses to top it off.They offered another exam. I said I would go elsewhere for another exam because-why would I give this dr. another chance-obviously, the first time around something went very wrong.They told me they "deleted"this exam/frames so I could obtain them elsewhere. I try to get an exam elsewhere and my ins states I am not able to obtain another exam for 6 more months because I had an exam EyecareConnection/Klar. So EYECARE CONNECTION didn't get my Rx for glasses correct/they lied to me about correcting the situation with my ins. Although I did get authorized through my ins to obtain another exam elsewhere-due to the fact that I need glasses I can actually see out of...This place should not have lied to me. Nor billed for an exam they did not get correct. Loved the frames also but TOO BAD I couldn't see from them!
