I was having a few memory problems so my granddaughter wanted me tested. They diagnosed me with Alzheimer's and so I requested a brain scan. It came back normal. He only spoke to me for less than 5 minutes. Don't bother.

Dr. Hansen: Thorough, Knowledgeable, Professional
Dr. Hansen and his support staff are very organized and extremely efficient; all are very much on the same page - no wasted time at all. He is a terrific communicator that doesn't sugar coat anything, he doesn't talk down to his patients and takes the time and effort to make sure client's understand is crystal clear. Dr. Hansen comes across as one of those rare professionals that never stopped being a student, even while holding a PhD and mastery of his profession.

Was sent by my PCP to Dr. Hansen to do cognitive testing. Very disappointed with time it took to process the test results (over a month) and no one informed me when the test results would be reviewed with me or that I needed to schedule a follow up with my PCP to review the results. Since I was in the office for 6 hours doing testing I don't think providing this information is too much too ask. If I hadn't picked up to phone and called to get this information I guess I would still be hanging out in limbo regarding results. Very poor communication.

Dr Hansen was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and unhurried. He answered all my questions and concerns thoughtfully and thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable even though I dreaded the appointment for all that testing. It went so much better than I could have ever imagined! I liked Dr Hansens staff as well. Emge was very kind and helpful. The office is comfortable and very nicely furnished. A little hard to find, though.
