Excellent Doctors and Staff
Harbor Eye Associates in Oswego, NY is excellent. As a New Patient several months ago,I was treated with respect and with the best care any new patient could ask for. I saw Dr. James Forte. He is excellent and does not rush you during your exam. It is a very friendly office with "all the staff" caring about your well being. My exam was explained to me and any testing was discussed before doing any of them. As a New Patient it entails more than just a "simple eye exam" Being a new patient they need a baseline to your eye health incase there is a concern found.
