Clarke DESTROYED my marriage
Clarke is the reason I am divorced. He guided my wife right down his path to divorce by diagnosing me with a multitude of addictions WITHOUT ever even talking with me. He gave my wife full permission to blame me for EVERYTHING that was wrong in the marriage. Every problem and difficulty that occurred over 35 years of marriage was entirely my fault, and my wife was absolved of ANY responsibility. But Clarke's decrees are gospel and written in stone. He is NEVER wrong, and his one-size-fits-all 'reconciliation' plans and directives are PERFECT and THE ONLY SOLUTION in EVERY situation. If they don't work, it is never HIS fault! He will say that the 'sinning spouse” “didn't really want to be reconciled.' He made this very claim, in so few words, during an on-air interview on Focus on the Family. When I contacted him for help, I was completely ignored. The one time he responded, his one sentence reply was “Read my books.” Stay away from Clarke!

The best! Some people have things negative to say about him and that is only because it applies to them and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions

Dr. Clarke saved my marriage, I sinfully engaged in an affair and he helped orchestrate in person and on phone consultation for the last 6 years the plan necessary to regain the field destroyed by sin. Where he has failed is moving on to REAL reconciliation. Having been devoted, caring and faithful for 6 years to my wife who graciously and mercifully took me back he maintains that "it will never be forgotten or forgiven" "just as fresh as the day it happened" . I can't help but believe it is self serving weekly counsel at $200/hr is a nice income why "close the loop"? Why resolve and heal?

I have been working with Dr. Clarke for almost a year now and I have never been as strengthened and empowered in such a Biblical way by a counselor as I have been with him. He is a no nonsense, brass tacks kind of guy who tells it like it is and helps you do the things that will get you on track.

Iam very disappointed in Dr Clarke. After numerous attempts to speak with him he refuses to speak with me. I feel he has wrongfully represented me to my partner and when confronted will not justify or explain his actions. Never has he, nor refuses after numerous attempts to investigate the other party but speaks wrongfully about that party. I am very disappointed about the counsel my partner has received at such a high price and now dr clarke refuses and ignornes my requests for contact.
