I actually interviewed a few counselors in town. Darlene was very responsive to an interview with my child where other counselors were off putting at the idea. As a parent I want to know who is going to counsel my child if its not me and to see if my child actually was comfortable in her company. Darlene made my child feel safe and she did not need to put up a guard and was able to counsel openly with Darlene till she actually felt better about things. I am grateful for her time and patience.

My first appointment was good. My second appointment, I got there 5 minutes early, and then 20 minutes later got a text saying she wasn't going to make it. She rescheduled for the next day. My third visit I told her I was going to out of town on the day she wanted to schedule me so we chose the morning of the day after. I texted her in the morning that day to make sure she could still meet me, and she said she had me scheduled for the day before. At this point I was very frustrated. Not reliable
