Absolutely love Darla! From my first encounter with her (4 years ago) she has been considerate, knowledgeable and kind. She has listened to all my care wishes and concerns and done a fabulous job of navigating the best course of care for the situation. Her calming presence and nurturing nature is such a blessing to those she cares for.

Provider gave testing to assure nothing was physically wrong causing irregular periods. Discussed but did not push usage of the hormonal iud as the only treatment for irregular periods in this case leaving the decision up to me.

Though most doctors/midwives I’ve seen at advanced women’s health at Soin hospital have been poor in their own way, Darla Baker is by far the WORST person I’ve seen. She lacks any sort of empathy, has laughed in my face when I’ve brought up questions or concerns, was disrespectful to not only me but my family, and chose not to sign off on medical screenings recommended by those in other departments. I would not wish this level of shameful care on ANY mother to be.
