We received an outrageous bill 11 months after the procedure. As well, we were unaware of this specific surgical assistants help until 11 months after. We believe this to be a fraudulent charge and taking advantage of the circumstance

These people work with surgeons and their services are covered by insurance yet they harass you for full payment before surgery and threaten to cancel your surgery. People should know...if your surgeon uses them, cancel and get someone else.
