Not going back. Dr. is okay but the team is not.

I feel like I won the lottery when I was referred to this amazing Doctor and staff. He is thorough, professional, patient, determined to help you get your best vision and explains things very well. Great selection of frames and high quality lenses made locally. My only regret is that if I had found Dr. Huggett when I moved to Salem 18 years ago, I would not have the vision problems I do today.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Huggert was great. He identified my problem and helped me in a kind and competent manner. He was great.

I went to this eye doctor to remove some skin tags off of my eyelids. I thought the $10 copay would cover this quick procedure. Boy, was I wrong! Each eyelid was billed as surgery totaling $400 for each eyelid. I was aghast when I found nothing was covered. I wished he would have told me before having this procedure done. It seems he also knew this would happen because He scheduled each eyelid 1 week from each other, which isn't enough time to get the bill! NEVER going back there.

He was very nice and explained about my eyes to me. I had never had anyone sit down and explain why my vision was the way it it. The staff were great and I found a pair of glasses that I love.

Team messed up my order multiple times and then lied about it. Don't waste your money here

Nice guy, but the prescription I got was really bad, and he wouldn't answer my question about why I couldn't see up close anymore with his prescription. He said, "I don't know how else to explain it" even though it was the first time I asked. I got a 2nd opinion that is much better. His perscription was too strong and way off. For example, my right eye was -3.75 but he prescribed -5.00. I also don't need the 1.50 reading glasses or bifocals he said I needed with the 2nd opinion prescription.
