Lack of empathy
I saw this woman for several months during the last session we disagreed about an issue. She was argumentative during the session and session ended with a bad taste. After that she didn’t answer my phone calls and discontinued treatment without an explanation. Left me without medication. She didn’t give much direction during sessions. She doesn’t really care about patients.

I saw Danielle for about 4 or so years. She was extremely helpful in the beginning. She can be abrasive and cold at times but it did not bother me too much. After a few years it started to feel like I had gone as far as I could with her. I kept seeing her every few months just to keep up with my prescription. However, during the pandemic (which I do understand so many mental health workers are under an extreme amount of stress) she became a different person with me. She was impossible to get a hold of, didn't return phone calls, refused to refill my prescription. She was then upset with me when I couldn't cancel work to make an appointment she offered me. When I met with her to discuss these issues she was EXTREMELY argumentative and defensive. She ended up sending me a letter in the mail telling me to seek care elsewhere. Not exactly what you would expect after seeing someone for as long as I did. I would not recommend her care.

I highly do not recommend her. I had a bad experience and she never got back to me whenever I tried to set up appointments. I left multiple messages with my name & phone number but nothing. She then stopped prescribing my meds when I needed them and left me with nothing. I had a bad downfall and learned that the medication she had me on wasn’t even a good Choice.

I found her to be sharp as a tack and very intuitive. I wish she still took my insurance. I miss her wit and advice!

You get what you pay for. She takes insurance. She can be empathetic. But often- rigid and mean. She listens well but provides little direction and feedback. She has too many patients The office treats people with substance abuse disorders so not appropriate for unaccompanied minors. Cut appointments short almost every time yet billed for full appt. Dorsnt answer calls promptly during Psychatric emergencies. Doesn’t use cell phone but answering machine so schrduling appts is difficult
