×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Miyasato?
Dr. Miyasato is an ok therapist but likes to lecture a lot, and not in a way that’s helpful or super relevant. Doesn’t give very concrete coping skills or solutions, and is really into meditation even if you aren’t. Could see her being a good choice for someone with chronic pain, but I don’t think she is a great choice for trauma, mood disorders. Maybe needs to narrow her range of practice.

Having a visit with this evil woman will leave you traumatized. She gets off on power kicks; she will pressure you into talking about traumatic life events, and then lecture you about the situation, all while watching you crumble. Buyer, beware.
