In-patient care at St Mary's
Dani Fiedler was the speech pathologist assigned when I was in the hospital. She performed an barium X-ray swallow test and patiently detailed her analysis of the captured video with me. She was pleasant and thorough but also very direct and adamant about the seriousness of what she diagnosed. She answered all of the questions that my wife and I had. She also offered to let my 18-year-old relative shadow her sometime as they are considering speech pathology as a career. That was very kind..
