Beyond disappointed!
Telehealth
We reacted out to Daniel Uhrich through BetterHelp and Regain. In spite of his being assigned to us, his practice showing availability online, him describing himself as “experienced,” and showing specialties in the areas we were seeking, he told us our case was beyond the scope of his practice. This was a tough pill to swallow for two people already dealing with trauma. We already had an appointment set with him. We had taken the opportunity to share some of our background because that is offered through the site. Imagine reaching out for help and having an “experienced” therapist reject you because your case is too complex. Thst is precisely why we were needing help.
