Just hope he doesn't owe you any money back. For months I have been trying to get them to pay me $250 for pre-paid service that was never rendered. The last time I spoke to their office the woman who answered the phone told me that the check was cut and would go out with the mail the next day. Apparently that was a flat out lie because it's been over a month now and I still don't have a check. They could have delivered it by walking to my house in that amount of time!
