Very rude provider
Dr. Daniel Mallory's impressive facade projects an air of professionalism; however, his interactions with patients and staff are far from satisfactory. Patients frequently face agonizingly long wait times, spanning 1 to 3 hours. Additionally, there have been disturbing accounts of disrespectful treatment toward the employees. As someone who previously sought treatment at his office, I encountered these problems firsthand, leading me to choose not to visit or be treated by him again. I am very glad to have received high-quality treatment from my current eye doctor. They are very competent, and the environment is respectful, unlike Dr. Mallory's demeanor, where he seems to think he is superior to everyone else. He made me feel foolish when I had to ask a simple question.

LONG wait
Between the long waits, high prices even with full coverage and intolerable office staff, oh and a mask policy when the county does not require it. NO THANK YOU. Also Dr. Mallory may have experience but the only thing you’ll leave with is a an uncomfortable disposition.

Great professional and friendly service all my concerns were addressed. Basic lenses available with in two days and lots of budget options for frames and lenses. I've bought lenses online from cheater retailers before buti found out those cheaper sources are not FDA approved, for me my vision is too important to risk. Also some budget options at Dr Mallory's were just as cheap.

I was seen in a timely manner. They were on schedule so I was taken back quickly. The staff was friendly and informative. They told me what my insurance would cover. Once I was taken back to the exam room I didn't have to wait long for the doctor. They have a good selection of glasses to choose from. I would recommend Doctor Mallory to anyone searching for an Optometrist.

As far as the exam I recommend dr. Mallory. For the ordering of glasses, I'd say hell no! I was told 2 week's, funny thing is the order never got processed by the contracted tech. Yet they do not have a back up plan to ensure we the patients get our glasses ect. On time! That's a damn good way to lose business. I'll go to lens crafters the next time!!!

The wait time is outrageous. You need to schedule out your whole day, and expect to wait two hours, to get into your appointment. Out of my 3 appointments so far, I've had to wait anywhere between 45 minutes and 2 hours. Staff are fine, but the wait time is not worth it.
