Testimonial for Nerve Pain Centers (Dr. D. Horn)
I had back surgery in 2011 for a herniated disk and was left with numbness and weakness in my right leg and foot. After surgery I had no pain but lost leg strength and balance. I had lived with it since 2011 until I saw Dr. Horn’s ad in the Daily Herald. In Feb. 2024 I took the seminar, consultation and evaluation, and the tests indicated neuropathy in both feet — only 50% feeling in both. I did the 3-month program and improved to 69% in 6 weeks, and then 81% after 12 weeks. I signed on for 12 more weeks and got up to 86% with the greatest improvement in leg strength and balance. Dr. Horn’s program is effective because he uses a variety of approaches and equipment for treating neuropathy from several different avenues. Some treatments are done in the office, but much of it is up to the patient to do at home. The more you stick with the “homework” the better the results. Overall, the staff at Nerve Pain Centers was always very helpful and accommodating during my office visits.

Dr. Horn and staff earn 5 stars from me!
After going to Dr Horn's presentation on neuropathy, and his approach, I decided to go with his plan and program. Dr. Horn and his staff were very attentive to my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that has concerns about neuropathy.

BIG MISTAKE!
My husband went to one of Dr. Horn's free seminars which turned out to be a $7,500 BIG MISTAKE! My husband suffers from numbness and tingling in his hands and fingers. The so called 'treatment' did absolutely nothing to help his condition. He saw Dr. Horn only twice during the sessions. All the treatment was administered by his staff who were not friendly and seemed pre-occupied with other business. No insurance coverage for this treatment and they wouldn't even try to help get coverage through Medicare. Payment must be made in full up front. No refunds! His ad says he provides 'the latest and most cost-effective options' Don't believe it. It's a big dog and pony show. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!

Neuropathy treatment
Engaged Dr. Horn for treatment of my neuropathy problem in my feet. Halfway thru the process Covid hit and I was forced to self administer at home with make shift tools. Total $10,000 disaster. No insurance coverage and no improvement for my problem. No follow up from the doctor or his staff. Would not recommend.

Dr. Daniel Horn has been incredible in my 4 months at their clinic. When I came in I was experiencing back spasms and sciatica, every single day. I had trouble exercising, driving, standing, and even sitting for long periods of time. My pain was up to a 9 out of 10 on some days. I spent a few months receiving weekly adjustments, paired with exercises, stretches and frequent assessments. Now, I am able to get out of bed without pain. I am able to stand and sit for long periods of time without even thinking about the pain I used to experience. And more importantly, I am able to get back to my passion of fitness and exercise. I am beyond thankful for this doctor and his genuine and helpful staff. I would encourage anybody to see this clinic, as they are very knowledgeable and passionate in all areas of health and wellness!

I work in construction and I have occasional pain in my lower back that prevents me from working. When I get this pain I get adjustments from Dr. Horn and I can get back to work ASAP. He also provides me with info how to avoid hurting my back again which is very useful.

Dr. Horn was very thorough with my kids and I. He offered great options without being an alarmist. My daughter and I have gotten relief for our headaches. It’s non stop sports injuries with my boys, and Dr. Horn has offered fast relief, yet safe enough to get them back playing. My husband has had back pain over the years, but Dr. Horn put him on a regimen to help get rid of his pain once and for all. We are extremely pleased with our experience!! Dr. Dan Horn is the best!

From the first visit I had at Advanced Medical & Wellness, I knew that the doctors here would help me with my back injury that I got from working out! Dr. Dan and Dr. Pete restored my back and I never felt better in my life! They also do neuropathy, which I referred my mom to who is 61 years old with barely any feeling in her toes. Within in 3 weeks she saw major results, after 3 months she has COMPLETELY regained feeling in her toes! I have never seen my mom so happy and full of hope!! She recommends the neuropathy treatment to everyone who does not have feeling in their toes or fingers!

Received treatment for 4 months with no results. Very expensive as I spent over $7000 out of pocket as he takes no insurance. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Horn's seminar on curing nephropathy came off to me as a marketing scam for "treatments", which were not described, and "supplements", which were also not described or identified. To gain information regarding average cost (this is not covered by health insurance) you must first pay $87 for initial consultation and this must be arranged before leaving the seminar or the price will increase. It seemed more like a time-share presentation.

Although Dr. Horn's seminar was informative, his follow up consultation was a scam and complete waste of money. The wellness system he is trying to sell is unaffordable for an average person and if he were to mention the price during his seminar the $87 consultation scam would not take place. Please Dr. Horn do something good for the world your 5 kids will live in and make it healthier at affordable price! As a doctor and a father please see a bigger picture!
