Dr Holloway is no longer at Pillen Optical. Took the patient lists and never contacted the patients that he and his wife were leaving. We showed up today for a scheduled appointment with him and found out he said he would contact the patients who had appointments but didn't. No forwarding address available either. Not good practice.

I'm very disappointed in the service I got from Holloway. Had to go back 3 or 4 time to get my eye prescription right. I had them put in in plugs Called my insurance to find out what the difference would be out of pocket $40.00. Now they turned me over to Express Collections for $22.70 what a joke. Gerard

Dr. Holloway took great care of me at my visit. He made 100% sure that my prescription was just right, and he found the perfect brand of contact lenses for me. I felt like he truly cared for my well being. I highly reccommend him.
