Dilated my eyes BEFORE checking my visual acuity. I questioned this and they brought me back the next day. When I came back, I questioned the doctor about the dilation before acuity test, then confronted him about the filthy dirty lenses on the Phoroptor (device used to check your prescription), he then threw me out of the building. VERY unprofessional practice.

Always a pleasant and caring experience. Very caring, a team effort, and efficient !!!! Doctor Cowling and staff gives the feeling of a family away from home for a few hours. Love the thorough exam, and excellent eyeglass fitting . They do not push you to wear what they want you to wear, but rather a desire to please the client. Dr. Cowling, Kelly, Desiree, Julie, and any others I may not know by name, God bless you and continue the good work !!!!!!
