Best therapist I've ever had
Daniel Casella is the best therapist I've ever had. I started seeing him when I was in my mid 20s for PTSD, general anxiety and depression and he was very empathetic while providing me with the coping skills and resilience I needed to change my perspective and live a better life. He has had such a positive influence on my mental health, 123456789/10 recommend. I had to find another therapist due to graduating from the college he was working at, and I will say that nobody has been able to help me like he did. I've been ghosted and flaked out on or simply listened to venting by other therapists but have not received anywhere near the quality of support that I did when I was working with Daniel.
