I was experiencing numbness in my right hand and lower arm. Dr Danny did a foot scan which showed that my flat feet were causing my alignment to be off which resulted in a pinched nerve. After just one treatment my numbness began to dissappear. My only regret is that I didn't go to BeFit Chiro sooner.

Dr. Danny is very educated and up to date on current health trends. He takes a holistic approach to treating patients and takes time to listen to his patients and takes their feedback into account. He educates patients on what his treatments are doing, and encourages/guides them to take steps outside of the office as well in improving outcomes. I can’t thank Dr. Danny enough for working with me.

I went to Dr. Benenfeld, starting last fall, for an aching back and sore knees. He has helped me make amazing progress. With a combination of exercises, weight loss, stretching and a new mattress, my back hardly bothers me. For my knees, he used a stretching machine device that has helped me incredibly. I go to his practice at the Echelon Fitness Center on Springdale Rd. in Voorhees. Hours are good. He has a great personality to match his competence.

Dr. Danny, Dr. Melissa, and Stacey always greet you by name and remember it. They see so many people but always deliver patient-centered care and listen to my problems, adjust me, and give suggestions and recommendations to improve my posture and overall back problems. They’re really a great team and I cannot think of a better group of people to be right there in the gym helping people with back issues and giving advice for working with or to prevent an injury.
