As a person, I think Danelle is amazing. As far as my treatment is concerned.... not so much... I took a Genesight test on 11/14. This is from the company where I took the test, because Danelle and her staff said they never received the results and that those things take a long time. It says on the GeneSight website it takes 2 days and IT DID take 2 days. This is what the company sent to me: "Thank you for your inquiry, your order has been complete since the 16th of this month, we sent an email to the providers office to djackson on that date. On 11/23 djackson viewed the report and today a dmaxey from the clinic viewed the report. I apologize if there is any confusion. I have attached a Patient Records Request for your convenience. Once completed please return to us" I waited an additional day for Danelle's office to call and say they made a mistake, and they did not lie, but they did not. I have called twice for prescriptions. First for my son who worked 12 hour shifts who had Pneumonia and could not miss work. She refused a prescription, even knowing we live with a terminally ill person who doesn't need added risks. Secondly, for the terminally ill man, I requested an INSULIN refill and was REFUSED!!! He has not had Insulin for 4 days and runs 350 and up without Insulin and she did NOT CARE! DO NO HARM.

I have been a patient of Ms. Jackson for several years. She always goes the extra mile in treatment with providing additional information concerning my symptoms and medication. The staff has always acted in the most professional manner. I have never had a long wait time for or during appointments.

I only tried scheduling an appointment and know i would never go here!! Lady i talked to didnt even want me to see them told me "well if you want to find someone else" who does that ?? Very rude staff!!

Danelle is very thorough and knowledgeable. The response time to tests I have had is unbelievably quick.

She takes time with her patients and listens to all their wants and needs.
