Good Doctor. BAD Staff.
Was a patient for a year. Dana is great but her staff is horrible. I have had multiple lab orders that were not filled out correctly or just never sent. Prescriptions not called into the pharmacy, prior authorizations not sent. And they have NEVER not once returned a call. I have left a voicemail on Tuesday and had to call them back on Friday to resolve any issue. They are also only open Tuesday-Friday which just makes them even more inconvenient.
