My experience with Mrs. McKenney was just fine initially. She was compliant, amicable, and professional (it was the incompetent nurse name Marianne that botched things). But when I needed five (5) service-connected conditions assessed for an impending decision, McKenney shamefully IGNORED my plea for help for over two (2) months and then had the nerve to abuse the VA Patient Record Flag system for petty revenge. I'm filing a MedMal lawsuit. Also too flirty and thinks she's a doctor.
