I waited one hour for her to show up for our Zoom appointment. I called her office three times throughout that hour. She never showed, and never bothered to reach out via email, text or phone to tell me that she would not be showing. Her reviews on Hillcrest's website (which I should have checked before scheduling with her) show that this happens frequently. I waited two months for the first available appointment, said no to billable work, and scheduled my jam-packed work day around this. She is unbelievably unprofessional.
