Be careful when seeing this provider. He has proven to be a callous, uncaring, unprofessional, demeaning, and unempathetic individual. I work in the medical field and being an older person myself, I have encountered many medical professionals, all of whom, have been wonderful except for this APRN. I brought my elderly mother due to a virus. I had the same thing and recently received treatment myself and felt better. He came in the room, stared me down, and refused to give my mother an antibiotic (claiming its a cold). I understood this and argued she probably has an infection but he refused to listen, talking over me and acting in a condescending manner. And said no, when I left the room (no knowing what was happening), he told my mother that I was crazy. He continued to talk over me, demeaned me, called me names, didn't treat my mother. My mother asked him for at least some cough medicine. He can't be allowed to not harm people through his unprofessionalism.

My husband had the pleasure of seeing Dallas Valentine on several occasions, as my husband is a bit accident prone. He was working at owl now at the time, and we always left laughing as our experience was not only professional, but humorous. I highly recommend him. Just a great person and an expert level stitcher.

Very understanding, thoughtful, courteous. He understood my reason for being there, let me know in detail the treatment, and that I would be okay. Amazing person in his field!

The most horrible, unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Saw him at an urgent care after waiting forever for him to come in my room. While I was waiting in the room you can hear him laughing, joking, and talking with his staff while patients waited. There was a Covid+ patient in the room next door to us and the reason I know is because he shouted out his results to his staff. After being in the room with the Covid patient he came into my room. I pray that he at least washed his hands before coming to me after testing the Covid patient. My daughter and I left after he left our room as it was a completely wasted visit as far as time and copay. I will NEVER go to the TGH CentraCare on Bruce B Downs again as long as he is working there. They should be ashamed hiring this wannabe doctor after reading his horrible reviews online. I pray I don't get Covid from him as I'm sure he didn't take any precautions.

The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. Dr. Valentine is the rudest, most inconsiderate, non professional "doctor" I have ever met. COVID testing nightmare- he continued to force the swab into my nose, repeatedly, and harder each time, knowing that it was extremely uncomfortable (Yes, those tests are not made to be comfortable, as I have had multiple ones), BUT his attitude, forceful hand, and lack of concern caused me to leave the doctors office crying, bleeding, and continually bleeding for the next 45 minutes. I coughed up blood, filled my mask with blood and feel like my sinuses are damaged from the testing. I have pictures to prove his lack of concern and utter unprofessionalism. Do not go here or send anyone to this horrific place. It's sad that this doctor even has a valid license, when he clearly lacks any concern for his patients.

I've never had a worse experience at an urgent care or doctor's office. He did not even introduce himself. I waited for over an hour for him to just rush me out. He barely looked at the problem. Prescribed me the most expensive ear drops that didn't even help AT ALL. He is impossible to get in contact with. I will NEVER be seen by him again and I will make sure that everyone I know does not see him. He deserves to be fired.

Rude and Arrogant! Several irrelevant and NON-MEDICAL questions were asked of me, that had absolutely nothing to do with my actual appointment. I felt extremely uncomfortable and could not wait to leave. How the provider spoke to the other staff members was degrading and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this facility and will not be back!

He's totally rude and has no concern whatsoever about his patients. I have no idea how someone with his attitude is in a helping profession.

incredibly rude and condescending and patronizing. this man should not be allowed to see patients - he could care less about whatever brings you to his office.

Completely miss diagnosed my problem. Even after I explained what he said was wrong wasn't possible. Then proceeded to explain to me why his diagnosis abilities where better than any doctors. Horrible attitude.
