I experienced a severe lack of care and empathy during my visit at Charlton ER with this doctor. My needs as a patient were dismissed, and I was treated in an aggressive and degrading manner. Even went so far to argue with me in front of several nurses as I was advocating for myself that I want more testing done. If you have any mental health conditions, I strongly recommend avoiding this individual, as I was told I was a ‘problem’ for experiencing a panic attack in the ER due to the wait and pain I’m experiencing. This level of insensitivity is unacceptable in a healthcare setting.

Dallas Leonard has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Saw her today with a freak accident L hand injury and she was top notch professional from start to finish. I was scared to death and could not even look at the injury. She examined my hand and thankfully waited for my husband to arrive to go over everything. She consulted with a colleague along with us and immediately set me up with a specialist to repair my finger. Thank you to Np Leonard, her colleague mike and my nurse. You guys are the BEST!!!

A truly disgusting Nurse Practitioner. A Disgusting human being and a disgrace to all medical professionals. She started off sympathetic to my situation, upon seeing my chart which included : Methadone for pain for 3 years after a 7 car pileup that left me broken. I had become addicted to pain pills and then slowly changed to methadone for the pain & almost off of the program. She just saw my chart and her demeanor changed instantly. Discharged me without medication w/ extreme hypertension. Died
