Dale Smith, PT

Dale and his wife Sara are the most thoughtful, knowledgeable PT folks in Dallas. My family have worked with them for over 20 years. Back, knees, shoulders, ankles, multiple surgeries, you name it. We highly recommend them and would go to no one else. Justin is amazing also, especially if you need specialize training to compliment your recovery or just to optimize after a full recovery.

Unfortunately I spent 4 months of therapy at this location with no changes. If you go there you will see most people are exercising the same things with no changes. Most people like me thinks that they can not find a better one because Dale used to be good .However, when you don't update your self and keep doing the same thing with no improvement you are not good anymore. Please take care of your time, health and money by finding another provider.His most business is on alignment but no one ask that why i need to keep going there I am not seeing any improvement.I really wish I could write a better review !

Took our daughter to therapy here for 8 months with little to no progress. Switched to a different therapist and after just 5 sessions with our new therapist she was released. I wish I had switched sooner. My daughter would not have missed out on so much and we would have saved SO much money!

Simply the best. Highly recommended and did not disappoint. Dale and Sarah are very knowledgeable and proffessional. Go see them if you can get an appointment. Always booked for a reason.

He's an all-around superstar in his profession. Also very knowledgeable concerning top-notch M.D's to recommend for your particular ailment.

Attempted to schedule 12 weeks of rehab with Dale Smith. I contacted his office 10/14, 10/17, 10/18, 10/20/2016. Each time I was informed someone would follow up with me to book an appointment. No one contacted me. 4 attempts over a one week period, no appointment, no explanation, and the person who books Dale's patients is now out on vacation. Ridiculous amount of run around, and misinformation from his office staff.

I've been seen by Dale off and on for several years now. He is always thorough and explains things well. He has been able to address every problem I have had, and he has given me exercises to help prevent recurrence.
