The CNP never asked me if I traveled outside the country in the last 30 days however, he wrote no. Under recent exposure to disease or someone with similar symptoms I told him my husband had pneumonia but his documentation stated no. His documentation under what does patient think condition is I told him I believe I have bronchitis and he wrote cough. He never told me what I was diagnosed with and sent me on my way. He was not personable nor did he tale what I was saying seriously.
