My 1st visit left me feeling hopeful that I had found a good counselor. She seemed sensitive and empathetic.2nd visit was virtual. I expressed I hadn’t had time to think about myself since 1st visit so kind of more focused on what had been going on and she was supportive but some of her recommendations felt kind of generic.3rd visit I missed due to being virtual and overcommitting at work so was not able to take lunch as scheduled. Had to reschedule but no availability for 2-3.5 weeks.4th visit was also virtual. She seemed distracted, almost annoyed? And at one point I felt like she was reprimanding me in a tone that seemed frustrated. At the end she gave more generic advice about self-care but I am looking for deeper insights, not bandaids for MH “wounds” or tape for broken parts, but identifying the underlying reasons and developing better understanding and coping skills. If self care were easy, I wouldn’t be in therapy.And her next available appointment was 4 weeks away

Extremely rude and insensitive, made snide remarks, as if you were inconveniencing her with an appointment. Found it extremely off-putting as she is supposed to help counsel those with serious issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.

Cyrene first off, total knockout, easy on the eyes. Intelligent, professional, kind, funny...etc
