I have anxiety and depression and Cindy has helped me work through my problems. She tells you what you need to hear which some counselors can't do. I would recommend her to anyone.

I would not recommend this counselor. My husband and I went to see her. We were there an hour and she told us she could not help us. She did not give any recommendations or future direction. She did charge us for the hour and sent us on our way. People make appointments to get guidance and help, to leave anyone without direction in this field is pretty heartless. It does take a lot of thought to get to this point and when a counselor brushes you off on the first session without further direction

I was referred by a friend to Cindy. I didn't think counseling was for me and would be a bunch of hoopla. From the very first session she listened to me and we had some hard core plans to make things better. Pleasantly surprised and definitely not a waste of my time. Will definitely return if other problems arise.

I have been seeing Cindy on and off for several years. She is very easy to talk to and a very good listener. I have a history of depression (for 20+ years) and an emotionally abusive husband. She really helped me to deal with my emotions and is supportive. For this area, she is a very good therapist and I recommend her if you need to see her for personal counseling.

I was in a very dark place in my life dealing with marriage & co-dependent issues. I lost myself over many years of dealing with so much. Cindy helped me tremendously to put myself back at the forefront & clearly push for my true self. Forever grateful...
