I have been seeing Cynthia since 2017. She is knowledgeable and fosters open communication and a high level of understanding. Cynthia is dedicated to helping her patients.

At my very first appointment with Cindy, she was 90 minutes late, so another practitioner did my intake. That should have been my first sign at how unprofessional she is. I continued to go to her for years, and she consistently would be late calling for our appointments, and now it is virtually impossible to get ahold of her to even schedule an appointment, let alone get a prescription refill, or obtain my medical records. I am astounded at her unprofessionalism and that it hasn't caught up with her and that she still has a license to practice. If you are looking for a practitioner that cares about their patients, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This lady is the absolute worst! My daughter and I were patients of hers in the past, stopped going to her because of the lack of consistency, missed appointments, going with medication for months, no responses to emails or text messages and the list goes on. I just recently reached out to her to see if things may have changed (she is good when she’s actually involved with her patients) but nope - same Dr Cindy. She should not be practicing , she’s going to ruin someone’s life if she hasn’t already.

Cindy tells it like it is and makes you feel comfortable as she truly helps you i highly recommend an appointment with Cindy

Scary that this lady can practice - her reckless prescriptions induced psychosis in a family member for years now. We’ve contacted her and she won’t respond.

I been seeing her off and on for 6-7 years and is the only person who treated my symptoms with medication that worked. Most people refuse to prescribe certain medications and they just have such a strong bias towards them they make you try 10 different meds first. With Cindy, my days of new symptoms and no results are finally over .. The medications work. Yes, she is hard to get in touch with and I have in a couple of instances been without medication. This is unacceptable, but I decided a long time ago the benefits far outweigh the cons. ~

Cindy is the best, she listens so well, has fantastic feed back,she is the only person, I will go too, she has helped me so much, with my bipolar, depression aniexty, has me on all the right medications,before, I went to Cindy, I felt like a ginny pig, to others, now I feel like a human being, Cindy listens very well, I would recommend her to everyone, I pray, I will have her, for the rest of my life, as I know I need medications and someone to talk to for the rest of my life, please go see her,or video chat her, she is the best! I will never go to anyone else, I feel so comfortable with her, she knows everything about me, she is very easy to talk too, and she knows exactly what Medications, to put me on, the very first time I met her, she got it right, from there on ,she knows, what is right for me or wrong, she is the best ever, so please go see her, you will come out saying, you would like to see her again, and u will feel so comfortable with her ,

I was going to her for YEARS. Never had an issue. But once she found out I was pregnant she stopped answering phone calls and ghosted me. Still can't get ahold of her or her office after numerous messages and attempts so no idea whats going on. Just do yourself a favor and avoid her.

I do not recommend Cynthia Tegethoff at all. I have a family member being treated by her and despite the fact that myself and another family member contacted Cynthia on several occasions telling her that the medication she prescribes is causing psychosis (hospitalized 3 times) she still to this day continues to prescribe the medications. She misses appointments and leaves my family member hanging for weeks on end. Find a reputable health care provider because Cynthia is not! And by the way if I could leave negative stars I would!

I would not recommend. Cancels appointments, lets you go weeks without your medications. Doesnt care about patients, doesnt call at time of appointment and can no longer get in toich with office. I will be finding another office to go to

I would be happy to tell you about our visit if I actually had one! I was very hopeful I’d found somebody for my daughter to talk to and the receptionist seemed very friendly and accommodating! My daughter was ambivalent about filling out all the forms but we got them done and submitted. The day before her appt. the receptionist called to cancel because Cindy had lost her voice..ok. We rescheduled for the following week and 2 MINUTES before the appt. (both were virtual appt. btw) we were notified the appt. had to be cancelled due ta a family emergency and they would call back to reschedule..that was Thursday morning July 2nd and as of today they never got back to me even though I left a voicemail and text. This was VERY upsetting on a number of levels..the main thing being that they are dealing with people’s mental health issues and also they now have a lot of personal information and my daughter is not a patient! This proved to be a major setback and I am very upset with this office!

extremely understanding and truly has the best intentions for her patients. She is will listen intently and work with you to lay out both a short and long term plan to get you better. Very rare these days, bottoms line is you feel like you’re on very good hand . All that said What truly sets her apart is the flexibility to alter those plans if need be in order to ensure you are always on good. trajectory,

I have been goi g to see Cynthia for many years he is great she is very kind and listens whenever I need her. She is very understanding. refills my prescriptions on time. I highly recommend her. My husband just recently started seeing her also.

Cynthia has helped me in terms of Medication Management more than any other Psychiatrist has ever helped me. She’s a true professional.

Cindy is wonderful! I’ve been seeing her for about 6 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date on the latest treatment options. She’s very sincere and empathetic and always takes the necessary amount of time with me, monthly. I strongly recommend her!

Cynthia has been helping me for a number of years now. I am glad I have her to go to. She cares and looks after her patients really well. A very knowledgeable and professional Psych NP, she is highly reliable. She fills my scrips regularly and promptly.

Kind, listens, patient and always willing to help with all my questions. I think she is absolutely fantastic. I'm beyond thankful to be in her care.
