This is the 1st time a health care provider actually looked at the chart outside the room before entering. When she comes into the room with you, she is with you. She makes eye contact, is generally concerned, and will research answers if she doesn't know. She listens to what you think and offers her professional opinion. I just wish it were easier to get in to see her.
