Didn't have to wait long, very clean.

I went in for a cancer check and had a couple other issues/questions that I had told the office about when I scheduled. Cynthia was rude, rushed, annoyed I had questions and concerns about my own body. I’m a grown woman and she demeaned me when I told her I had OCD. She’s the first dermatologist that never bothered to ask me if any of my moles had changed before my exam. She removed a normal looking mole and was annoyed when I asked her to remove one that was black and obviously different than my other moles. The mole I had her remove was abnormal and the one she removed was normal. I asked her assistant if she was always that rude and rushed and then I confronted her when she came back in the room and told her she was stressing me out and acting like she was in a huge hurry. There is a thread on Nextdoor with multiple people stating similar negative experiences and not wanting to return to English Dermatology due to her horrible bedside manner.

My husband and I have been seeing Cindi for 3 years and found her to be personable, thorough and the procedures she has done for us have healed well with no further problems. I would definitely recommend her!!

I had a melanoma insuti last May and visit my dermatologist every 3 months. I found a suspicious spot and wanted to get it checked out. I received a through skin check and I was pleased with the quality of care.

Everyone is so nice and efficient. Cindi is great! Very thorough and attentive! I had several procedures in one day and I was in and out in 35 minutes!

All of the staffs bedside manner is very professional. I went in with a lot of (what I now know was unnecessary) fears. They were calm, patient, informative and understanding. Highly recommended
