Telehealth
I did have an appointment with her and was unable to log onto zoom. My first call is 12 minutes into my appointment time and I was assured she would call me back. I called three other times during my one hour appointment and was assured she would call me back each time. That never happened. She then tried to say I missed the appointment. I was charged $99 because she did not follow through on her end. It was a bit of a nightmare to get my money back and I had to actually send screenshots of my call log showing that I called. Do not book with her. She is too busy to accept new patients, obviously. She probably doesn’t need the money either. This is the worst service I ever have had, and left me feeling worse than when I started. Please please do not book an appointment with her.
