Ms. Payton helped me solve a medical problem I was having, and for that I'm grateful. However, she was always rushed, and not terribly compassionate—for example, after a 5-10 minute appt she got up to leave the room while I was crying, looked down at me as she walked out and said, "That's what you always do" (true it was the second time I'd cried in her office, but to be fair I was being treated for PMDD & depression). I changed offices after that.

The challenge of finding a healthcare provider who I felt comfortable with, trusted in, and felt valued for as a simple human being was a longstanding one in the Niles community. As a PTSD sufferer with additional medical needs, I found Ms. Payton to exceed those challenges. Ms. Payton listens attentively without interrupting when I have a medical issue or otherwise and each time I leave her office, I hug her because I think she is simple a wonderful human being.

This person does not respect her patient's wishes, orders unnecessary test then never gives you the results and ultimately never ends up treating you for the issue you came in for. She also could not pronounce some basic anatomical medical terms. It was a complete waste of time visiting this clinic. Completely incompetent.

I found the support staff, as far as administrative staff and the intake nurses, were very professional and pleasant. When it came to my dealings with the Nurse Practitioner, the Doctor and the C.E.O. of this facility, I found that they are pathetically incompetent when treating me, diagnosing illnesses, caring medically for me, listening to my point of view, reading other doctor?s records, and the nurse?s overall personal presentation was absolutely lacking. The C.E.O. did not have control of
