Terrible. She does not listen to her patients. She has a terrible attitude if you ask her questions containing your health. She is not knowledgeable on certain health conditions. She does not take in consideration of patient feelings and concerns. Crystal has also taken me off of medications and put me on others that was dangerous to my health condition. I do NOT recommend going to her, I would rather have google as my PA before I go back to her!

She might be good for a young healthy person who wants to get in and out or chat about minor things, but she is not skilled or knowledgeable in more serious care. She also overlooks information and gives dangerous advice to people with serious medical conditions.

Does not listen and limits the amount of information you're attempting to share with her in order to do a diagnosis. Do not see this person go to a real doctor
