I went in for a sick visit and was scheduled with this woman and let me tell you, she was so rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic during my visit. She told me I hadn’t been sick long enough for her to prescribe anything and even had the nerve to question me if I was even sick!! I couldn’t believe a so called medical professional would dare say that to a patient who was ill. The next day I saw a Dr who put me on antibiotics, steroids and a cough medicine! So much for not being sick!

I had a full thyroidectomy in 2013 and so when I get pregnant, I have my TSH levels checked immediately. I received my results over the weekend and my TSH came back at 8.2, which is way outside of the normal range for the first trimester (.26-2.66). I messaged my doctor immediately for advice on adjusting my synthroid dosage and decided to do an urgent virtual visit. Crystal was the NP on the call. She may be the most unempathetic medical professional I have ever experienced. She very directly told me there was nothing she could do and I would have to wait until Monday (2 more days) to speak with my doctor because he was the only one that could adjust my medication. When I told her that I was worried about the impact it might have on my pregnancy her exact response was "I can not tell you whether or not this will have a negative impact on your pregnancy." I finally got in touch with my doctor, who immediately adjusted my dose out of concern. Her lack of empathy and care was astounding.

NP Bradley is one of the most attentive and compassionate healthcare providers I have seen. I was unable to see my PCP and she was able to assist me with my acute condition and direct me for proper follow up. She was thorough and friendly!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Horrible service very rude and unhappy person. Doesn’t know how to speak without an attitude and doesn’t care about the well being of her patients.

I had a virtual visit with Miss Bradley and she was extremely rude from the beginning. She said wasn’t able to hear me ... yet kept asking me questions. And every time I responded she yelled at me that she couldn’t hear me. I went to seek her help because I’m not feeling well and she made me feel even worse without helping me at all. I understand tele medicine is difficult but a bad internet connection is no reason to berate a sick patient
