Dr. Crystal Baird and Molly are absolutely amazing to work with. They are very pleasant, professional, personable and truly care. I would highly recommend these ladies to anyone! These ladies made us feel so comfortable throughout this process and are very responsive whether by phone or email. We are very happy and so thankful to Dr. Baird and Molly!

If you’re reading this because a Family Court Judge ordered you to enlist Dr. Crystal Baird for a custody evaluation, that should be your first red flag. If custody evaluations are important enough that you’re required to spend a significant amount of money on one, shouldn’t you at least have the ability to choose from multiple qualified professionals? The lack of choice itself raises concerns.In my experience, custody evaluations like these often serve as a mechanism to push the more persistent party into mediation—regardless of the evidence presented. She will disregard interview requests and material evidence that doesn’t support her pre-determined outcome. If you have a legitimate issue that you are unwilling to compromise on, expect Dr. Baird’s final report to subtly favor the opposing party just enough to discourage you from pursuing a trial. The final recommendations will likely deviate only slightly from the court’s standard—giving the false appearance of anctual effort.

She did not interview teachers, counselors or anyone from my children’s schools. I’m not sure what the $6k went towards since I was never given a detailed report. I had to remind her of my case details every time we spoke. I would not recommend her to anyone and I’m not sure how she is still in business.

Dr. Baird and her team played an important and integral part in helping reunite my daughter into my family; she will fight for what's best for your child!

I had the unfortunate experience of working with her years ago when she was affiliated with MAM. Absolutely run far away from this woman. HIGHLY unprofessional. I made a complaint over her behavior when she was coordinating out-patient treatment and within a few days I was suddenly kicked out 'because of insurance'. She also quite literally stated she now thinks I'm bipolar because I made a complaint. It's shocking someone like this is working in mental health care. She will take things very personally and quite literally rant at you if you say something she disagrees with. I complained because I incurred her wrath by saying I felt it was responsible to break up over me wanting kids, them not. She got SO offended because she was SURE she didnt want kids until her late 20s and I was only 19 at the time, so how could I possibly know what I want? So genuinely absurd.

I am appalled at how unprofessional Dr. Baird has been. She was rude and condescending in her manners towards me on top of rolling her eyes and interrupting me. Her ego seems to be the size of Texas and I cannot understand how anyone could stay in counseling with her. Several times when I was mid-sentence she would pick up her phone and walk out to take a call. Basically, she's important and you are not. I'm sorry I've wasted as much money on her to only be in a worse position than when I started.

Dr. Baird was extremely unprofessional. The 1st words out of her mouth were profanities. She was very biased from the beginning of our visit. Was insulting and accused me of lying on multiple occasions.
