Nurse Practitioner Crain was very caring and thorough. She took the time to listen and address all my concerns. She also spent time teaching and making sure I understood what to do. I’m happy to have found her.

I scheduled a physical and expressed some concerns i was having. I felt very undervalued and the entire appointment was about 5 minutes. I was told to get bloodwork, and afterward was never followed up with. I understand that shortly after my results were available with the lab, COVID shut downs began, but I had some red flags on my bloodwork that should have been discussed. After continuing to experience the same problems, I found another care provider. I would recommend this route of care for someone who just needed numbers for work or insurance, but my concerns were not addressed.

Excellent NP...very thorough, readily available, patient, actively listens, excellent follow-up. Never rushes to finish and always make sure you leave feeling that your questions and concerns were addressed.
