After 18 months paying for co-parenting therapy out of pocket, she never helped us establish a plan for holding each parent accountable so we made no progress. Every session was spent just talking with zero progress. She never addressed steps for resolving specific communication issues despite having printed examples of communications from the court ordered co-parenting application. She had a habit of cancelling or moving appointments. She was not consistent responding to messages. Recently after leaving voicemail, group text and email to schedule, she only responded after the practice manger was included because I thought she had left the practice.
