Takes time with his patients thorough

Just fire this man he is lazy. He didn’t even check my neck he did my vitals then touched my neck and said they couldn’t do a x-ray because of the time. You might be saying well that makes sense. Yeah it kind of does. Grab a snack I’ll give u a quick story. Me and my mom and my sister walk in the walk in and get checked I get checked for my headache I been having two and half weeks and my sister getting checked for he finger that is broke. We get called they don’t do anything u do before u walk in the room. They did JUST MY VITLS. Ears eyes blood pressure. Not my sisters then he come and rubs my neck like he is checking it and says. Yeah just take him to the ER or wait till Monday to get checked. The ER in Wilmington takes hours I’ve been in there 3 times I have a history of concussions. Then after he said that we have to leave. So remember this he took not even 5 mins to check me or my sister and just told u to go to the ER. HE THEN CHARGED MY MOMS INSURANCE SO HE COULD GET PAID. lazy

I've been seeing Craig since 2016 and it has been refreshing to find a positive, involved PCP. This past year though, dealing with the staff at Wilmington Health has been stressful at best. Way too many phone calls, fixing problems only for them to resurface. Three phone calls from WH today alone were all unnecessary, the third of which was to question why I complained about the problems to the 2nd person that had called me a mere 2 minutes after ending that call. They've made a mess out of a simple process and it just isn't worth it.

Great, know his job he is excellent and his staff is wonderful .

Tracey west the nurse for Craig Webb does not return phone calls I waited 5 days for her to get back to me . She didn’t call me back . I had to go to urgent care today . Thanks for your caring Tracey West

I've been going to see Dr. Craig Webb for over 5 years or more and it's been a great experience every time. He's a straight shooter that's going to tell you exactly what's going on and what needs to be done to fix it. What stands out to me the most, is that although it's hard for some people to stay in shape and to do what is necessary to change their health for the better, he always gives you encouragement and tells you about his own personal lifestyle changes. Transparency from leadership always help the followers believe they can make it too and Dr. Craig Webb falls in that category of leaders in the medical industry.

Craig Webb is outstanding in his job and the way he makes his patients feel. We are so lucky to have him here in Wilmington, NC to care for us in the medical field.

I have been seeing Craig Webb for 3 years now he is a great guy always lets you talk and let him no what's going on and how you are feeling. He never rushes you threw an appointment and is very thorough and always has his best interest in the patient. He truly is a genuine guy with a awesome bedside manner which is hard to find today. I recommend him to lots of my family & friends . If you are looking for a great Doctor who truly cares about his patient's Craig Webb is who you want for your PCP.

He totally has the best interest in me as a patient. He does not rush you thru a visit. He will always find the best care for any medical condition. He is seen by 6 members in my family and we all really like him. He is the best!!!!

Craig Webb is a good PA however he unfairly charged me an office visit and would not reverse it. I had blood drawn to check my Triglycerides and return for an office visit to discuss the results. The incorrect lab was performed. When I returned for the office visit I was told I had to have my blood re-drawn. I understand mistakes happen. However I was still charged and office visit because my vitals were taken and some generic health questions were asked but I was there to discuss triglycerides.
